工業風格健身房設計 Industrial style gym design
業主相當喜歡工業風格空間，個性吧檯設計、方便拍照的懸浮鏡面設計，增加空間層次，是往美拍照的絕佳地點。
The owner likes the industrial-style space very much. The personalized bar design and the floating mirror design for taking pictures increase the level of space. It is an excellent place to take pictures in the United States.

北歐混搭風格 Nordic mix and match style
空間以白色為主軸，加上石材與木質質感，使陽光讓室內充滿溫暖氣息，晚上透過暖色間接燈光，營造出室內氛圍。
The space takes white as the main axis, coupled with the texture of stone and wood, so that the sunlight fills the interior with a warm atmosphere, and the warm indirect lighting at night creates an indoor atmosphere.

初步價談 ⇀ 預約丈量 ⇀ 初步規劃設計 ⇀簽委託設計合約書(繪製施工圖、3D效果圖) ⇀ 設計變更(限一次) ⇀ 設計定案(細部設計、建材五金確認) ⇀ 工程報價(工種分析編列預算書) ⇀ 簽委託設計合約 (開工完工日期) ⇀ 室內裝修文書程序(裝修許可、社居大樓保證金、機關審查等等) ⇀ 進場裝修階段(保護、水電、泥作、木作、油漆、玻璃、系統櫃、鐵件等等工程) ⇀ 合約1.2.3段驗收 ⇀ 完工驗收 (保固書、驗收清單、審查機關驗收資料交付)

酌收丈量費用3000元，可折抵裝修設計費用。

初步規劃設計

簽委託設計合約
繪製 平面、剖立面等施工圖、3D空間效果圖
變更設計(限一次)
與業主討論說明後，做空間規劃上調整，造型、風格、材料等。
設計定案
設計定案，交付全套施工圖、3D空間效果圖面。
若沒有委託施工，到此階段結束，我們也會提供工程報價給業主參考。
工程報價
所有工種條列分析報價，擬定報價單與委託施工合約
簽委託施工合約
確定 進場時間、完工時間、說明階段性收費、施工細節、注意事項 等等
室內裝修文書處理程序
申請室內裝修許可、社區大樓交付保證金、圖說送至主管機關審查、辦理工程保險
裝修階段
保護、水電、泥做、木作、油漆、系統櫃、廚具、衛浴、玻璃、鐵件等等工程陸續進場直到完工
依照合約階段驗收
合約書上1.2.3階段驗收，分段收工程費用
完工驗收
最後階段驗收，驗收所有工種，簽訂驗收清單
交付保固書與審查資料
交付保固書、驗收清單、審查機關驗收資料。
